This section outlines the sequence of steps we follow when working with our clients to ensure a smooth and successful webinar experience:

  1. Agreement on Webinar Package:

    • We begin by sharing our offer with you. Once you decide on the webinar package that suits your needs, we move forward with the next steps.
  2. Invoice Issuance:

    • We issue an invoice, which is required to officially kick off the project and reserve your desired webinar dates.
  3. Information Gathering:

    • You will need to fill out the necessary information forms regarding your company and the chosen webinar topic.
  4. Webinar Setup and Promotion:

    • We proceed to set up the landing page and initiate the promotion of your webinar to attract attendees.
  5. Sign Data Transfer Agreement:

    • To comply with EU privacy laws, we require a signed Data Transfer Agreement before sharing registrant data. This agreement can be signed after the webinar promotion has started and is applicable for all future webinars.
  6. Rehearsal Meeting:

    • Approximately a week before the webinar, we conduct a rehearsal meeting to ensure everything is in place. Please schedule this meeting in advance using our scheduling platform.
  7. Post-Webinar Deliverables:

    • After the webinar, we will send you all relevant files, including the recording and a list of registrants.
    • We will also issue certificates of attendance to participants within a day following the event.
